The official College photographs will be taken on :

• Wednesday 30 August,

• Thursday 31 August and

• Friday 1 September

Personally labelled envelopes for photograph orders have now been provided by Fotoworks and were given to students in Homeroom/class this morning (spares are available at both Junior School and Senior School reception if they get misplaced).

Online ordering is available , for assistance on how to order photos is available .

All students will be included in the class/homeroom photo and will be photographed individually It is imperative that each student’s Winter Uniform and presentation is of the highest order.
In particular:

• Shirts need top buttons

• Blazers need two front buttons

• Blazers and ties to be clean

• Students are to wear the correct tights (and ladder-free)

• Black lace up shoes should be polished

• Student hairstyle, jewellery, (no) make up as per the Student Uniform and Dress Standards/class

In addition, various student groups and committees will be photographed during the three days. Students involved will be provided this information in Homeroom and by class teachers in Junior School.

We ask for parents’ assistance with replacing or repairing any items and thank you for your ongoing co-operation and support regarding the College uniform and student presentation.

Parents/Guardians are asked to select the photographs they require and return the envelope to the school on their child’s photography day (if using cash, please ensure that the correct change is placed in the envelope).

If you require a sibling photo envelope, then please ask one of your children to collect it from Junior School and Senior School reception. Any student who forgets to bring their envelope on photo day will have a second chance to order school photos when the photos are available, however additional charges will apply.
